12 WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR WORK FROM HOME SPACE
Here we are. Six months into that WFH life.๐คจ
I donโt know about you, but Iโm still working from home at this time. ๐
Although I am truly grateful to still be doing so, Iโve been in a bit of a rut lately. ๐ I miss seeing my co-workers in person and the social interactions that come with that. Sometimes video chat just doesnโt cut it!๐
Below are a few ways that YOU can improve your work from home space. ๐ I have taken a few of my suggestions to heart as well! ๐
Move around furniture. ๐บ
Purchase some ergonomic gear. ๐ป
Add a plant (or two). ๐ฟ
Swap work spaces / rooms with someone in the household. ๐ช
Add a candle to your desk (canโt go wrong with Homesense).๐ฏ๏ธ
Surround yourself with what motivates you (flowers, art work, inspirational quotesโฆ) ๐ป
Keep your space tidy ๐งน (clean space, clean mind).
Purchase a diffuser and a few essential oils (this is the one I use: https://www.amazon.ca/.../B07.../ref=redir_mobile_desktop...... don't forget to clean it). ๐
Put your laptop / other work materials away at the end of a workday. ๐
Open a window and let some fresh air in.
Put a yoga mat beside your workspace so that on your breaks you can do some light stretching. ๐งโโ๏ธ

Yoga with KassandraCheck-in and make sure youโve got the proper lighting. To reduce eyestrain, you'll want to set up sufficient lighting in your workspace. Choosing a sunny spot near a window helps. If you need to supplement overhead lighting, consider a floor lamp or table lamp from another room to create a well-lit desk.๐ฆ
