NO COFFEE FOR ONE MONTH - CHALLENGE ACCEPTED

Challenge accepted! I’ll be giving up coffee for the month of September.☕️

Why?

Well, why not?

I’ve been a coffee drinker since university and for the last few years, I’ve been enjoying my 1-2 cups per day. My preference? Black (it’s truly the only way to have it, in my humble opinion). 😏

It's no secret that I love a good cup of coffee—any friend that has ventured with me to the St.Lawrence Market knows that I could spent a good hour smelling and tasting the large variety of beans at Everyday Gourmet.

So although I will be missing my morning cup of Joe, I’m here to write about my experience (and my withdrawal).

Since I have a "go big or go home" attitude, I decided that instead of giving up just coffee, I'd give up ALL caffeine for the month of September. Ambitious? Yes. Possible? Well, we’re about to find out.
